Welcome to Fresh Air Family! Where we take fun out into Nature's biggest playground: The Great Outdoors. Join us to walk in the woods, hike a trail, canoe in a stream, or slog through a bog. We will be looking for birds, flowers, salamanders, stars, cave formations, bugs, rocks and all of the wonders in our beautiful world.
Spring means an abundance of wildflowers and all manner of wildlife! Bring the family out for a fossil hunt, take a wilderness walk in search of rare, native plants, or join us each Saturday for Hikes for Tykes at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
Summer brings our award-winning Gross Out Camp to the Birmingham area. The 2012 season offers four camps at three different locations - check out our calendar page for details and registration information.
