Rainchecks: In the event of inclement weather or for any other reason, Fresh Air Family reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event at any time. Every effort will be made to reschedule an event for a later date. If an event is cancelled or postponed, ticketed guests will be issued a voucher/raincheck equal to the amount paid.

Cancellations: Guests must notify Fresh Air Family via email at events@freshairfamily 48 hours prior to the start of the event. In the event of a cancellation, guests will be given a voucher for the amount paid, less any fees, which can used to purchase tickets for another Fresh Air Family event within 1 year from issue date.

Refunds: Requests for refunds must be made via email to events@freshairfamily.org, one (1) week prior to event. Refunds will be given at 75% of amount paid.

*Full Day Passes must be purchased prior to 9am on the day of the fossil hunt and are only valid for ticketed date. No prorated refunds will be offered for guests leaving prior to 4pm. In the event of rain, Fresh Air Family reserves the right to decide if rainchecks, full or partial will be given.
