Welcome to Fresh Air Family! Where we take fun out into Nature's biggest playground: The Great Outdoors. Join us to walk in the woods, hike a trail, canoe in a stream, or slog through a bog. We will be looking for birds, flowers, salamanders, stars, cave formations, bugs, rocks and all of the wonders in our beautiful world.
In January, we launch our Scale Back Alabama program, where folks try to lose the holiday pounds. Bring your family to get some fresh air and activity that isn't boring old exercise. We will just be having fun (and learning along the way).
